A person can become a direct seller with Natura BioScience free of cost by signing and executing the direct seller agreement. The direct seller is named as CONSULTANT.

The core part of the business is retailing the research oriented quality products of Natura BioScience to the customers. Based on the performance he/ she may be promoted to different positions, to achieve their goals in life. There are different ways to earn income with Natura BioScience, such as:

Retail Income

Selling products directly to your customers is the first pillar of a solid foundation for your business. On becoming consultant, products can be bought at maximum retail price(MRP). Every product will be assigned with a Consultant price (CP), and the difference between MRP and CP will be credited as Retail Income. You can use products & share them with your friends and relatives to create your customers and earn 10% to 40% as retail income. A person who makes a personal volume of 500 PV or above is recognised as a STAR PERFORMER that month.

Success in Direct Selling is about a lot of people, each doing a little. Every person’s effort combines to create a significantly big volume. Any consultant who attends the mandatory orientation program can refer people to the organisation as consultants. Appointing such consultants shall not attract compensation in any form.

Group Sharing Bonus

Motivating the consultants in your team to purchase products for the first time for personal use / retailing is the primary part of creating business. Group sharing bonus is based on BONUS POINTS formed. Two First purchases GROUP CV (FPGCV), considering one from a different team is calculated as a BONUS POINT, and calculated from lower to highest.

Group sharing bonus is calculated as bonus points formed for the consultant multiplied by the value of one bonus point.Value of one bonus point is calculated as total national FPGCV /Total national bonus points formed.

Group Performance Bonus

Group Performance Bonus is based on the accumulated Personal Group PV of the consultant each month. You get upgraded to various levels of group performance based on the slab

You get differential income based on your performance level and that of your team mates. Performance bonus is for active consultants calculated on CV.

Unilevel Bonus

An active silver consultant gets 5% of PGCV on 4 compressed generations of active silver consultants on maintaining rank volume each

An active gold consultant gets 4% of PGCV on next 4 compressed generations of active gold consultants on maintaining rank volume each

An active platinum consultant gets 3% of PGCV on next 4 compressed generations of active platinum consultants on maintaining rank volume each

Leadership bonus

Leader ship bonus is paid to active pearl consultants on 4 dynamically compressed levels PGCV of active pearl consultants on maintaining the rank volume each month.

Education fund

6% of the Total National Volume (CV) to be shared among the active sapphire consultants and 80% of the same paid monthly on maintaining the rank volume for the month. Balance 20% shall be paid to the consultant for attending educational training programs or paid cumulatively at the end of 1 year from the date of achievement.

Car fund

5% of the Total National Volume (CV) to be shared among the active ruby consultants and 80% of the same paid monthly on maintaining the rank volume for the month. Balance 20% shall be paid to the respective car dealer at the time of purchase of car by the consultant or paid cumulatively at the end of one year from the date of achievement.

House fund

4% of the Total National Volume (CV) to be shared among the active emarald consultants and 80% of the same paid monthly on maintaining the rank volume for the month. Balance 20% shall be paid at the time of purchase of house by the consultant or paid cumulatively at the end of 1 year from the date of achievement

Vacation Fund

3% of the Total National Volume (CV) to be shared among the active Diamond consultants and 80% of the same paid monthly on maintaining the rank volume for the month. Balance 20% shall be paid cumulatively at the end of 1 year from the date of achievement.

Crown diamond fund

2% of the Total Volume (CV) of the company to be shared among Crown Diamonds

Terminology

PV: POINT VALUE

PPV: PERSONAL POINT VALUE

FPGCV: FIRST PURCHASE GROUP COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME

PGPV: A purchase excluding the first purchase of your personally sponsored team which includes PPV is known as personal group PV

Active consultant: consultants those make a minimum of 30 pv personal purchase each month

CV: commissionable volume.1 PV = 13.5 CV.

PGCV: Total personal CV of your personally sponsored group excluding FPGCV.

Sharing unit = Total sharable % of national volume /total group volume of achievers. The achievers get income on sharing points multiplied by their group volume.

All Bonuses are settled 10th of every month.
